RAIL TRANSPORT

Meyership's location in close proximity to CargoNet's combined terminal in Mo i Rana provide unlimited possibilities for complete transport service based on inter-modal solutions. Our transport network allows us to offer transit service for containers and swap-bodies from rail to truck or ship (or in the opposite direction).

Through CargoNet's vast network ' which encompasses over 20 combined terminals in Norway and Sweden ' we are able to provide combined transport solutions according to our customers' needs.

Our trucking division can provide bi-directional delivery of containers and swap-bodies regionally, along with "east-west" solutions between Norway and Sweden through an agreement with our Swedish partners.

Our shipping division can provide forwarding or retrieval of containers by way of Narvik via Mona Line. Additionally, we can offer international solutions to/from the port of Mo I Rana via North Sea Containerline.

In cooperation with the Rana Port Authority, Meyership has access to a reach stacker with a maximum lift capacity of approximately 45 tons.

SEMI-TRAILERS VIA RAIL

Meyership provides local and regional transit services for semi-trailers arriving at Mo i Rana via rail.

In order to strengthen our own environmental profile - as well as that of our customers - Meyership has committed itself to combined transport solutions. We have therefore expanded our cargo carrier portfolio so as to include swap-bodies and containers, along with semi-trailers that are compatible with forwarding via rail.

Meyership currently provides transport services for ASKO-Kjeldsberg and EKA Chemicals. Forwarding via rail along various routes covering long distances is a vital aspect of these solutions.
